How to get a refund

Email hello@tidaltree.com from the address you bought with, within 14 days. We'll refund the payment to your original method. Refunds are handled by our reseller, Polar, and usually appear within a few business days.

School seats

If your school bought your seat, refunds are arranged with the school that paid. Reach out to your school first, or contact us and we'll help coordinate.
